General Accountant

At Flow, we're reimagining what it means to live, work and connect across condominiums, hotels, multifamily residences and office spaces. The General Accountant processes daily accounting transactions, maintains accurate financial records and supports reconciliation across Flow's KSA property portfolio, assisting the Senior Accountant and Financial Controller.

Key responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices with supporting documentation and ensure ZATCA e-invoicing compliance before posting; prepare weekly payment runs.
• Reconcile the AP sub-ledger to the general ledger monthly and maintain vendor records.
• Issue tenant and customer invoices; record and apply incoming payments; support collections with Leasing, Operations and Legal.
• Reconcile the AR sub-ledger monthly; record daily journal entries, bank transactions and month-end accruals.
• Perform bank reconciliations and support the month-end close.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; 1-3 years of general accounting experience (real estate/property a plus).
• Basic knowledge of IFRS, Saudi VAT and ZATCA regulations; proficient in Excel; strong English and Arabic communication.
