Public candidate profiles. Candidate profiles have a visibility setting. A profile set to “public” is listed in the candidate directory and can be viewed by employers, visitors and search engines, including the name, headline, location, skills and experience you add to it — but never your email address, phone number or uploaded résumé file, which are shared only with a company when you apply to one of its roles. A profile set to “confidential” is hidden from the directory and from search engines. You can change this setting at any time from your profile.

2. How We Use It

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve TroveJob, to match candidates with relevant roles, to communicate with you about your account, and to keep the platform safe and secure. We may also use aggregated, de-identified data to understand how the service is used.

We do not use your information for purposes that are materially different from those described here without providing you notice and, where appropriate, obtaining your consent.

3. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how visitors interact with the platform. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect certain features.
