You are responsible for the content you provide and represent that you have the rights necessary to share it.

5. Employer Terms

Employers who use TroveJob to post roles or review candidates agree to use candidate information only for legitimate recruiting purposes and in compliance with applicable employment and privacy laws.

TroveJob is a platform that connects candidates and employers; we do not guarantee any hiring outcome and are not a party to the employment relationship between them.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that job listings are accurate or current.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TroveJob and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or opportunities arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
