About the role
Industry360 delivers an Industrial Intelligence Platform that unifies MES, IIoT, Digital Twin and AI to standardize IT/OT integration across factory operations, enabling real-time visibility, operational control and measurable performance improvements on the shop floor.
The Information Technology Engineer maintains and supports the IT infrastructure underpinning the platform: monitoring and managing networks and systems, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and ensuring secure, reliable connectivity between IT and OT environments. You will provide technical support to internal teams and clients, implement network-security best practices, and assist with system upgrades, configurations and performance optimization. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Saudi Arabia.
Qualifications
- Strong IT and technical-support skills, including hardware, software and system administration.
- Solid networking skills: configuration and maintenance of routers, switches and network services.
- Network-security skills: security policies, threat monitoring, firewalls and access controls.
- Effective troubleshooting for complex technical and connectivity issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with industrial environments, IT/OT integration or IIoT technologies is an advantage.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; Arabic beneficial.
