About the role

The Venue Technology Coordinator supports the day-to-day delivery of technology services at tournament venues, assisting with equipment setup, testing, basic troubleshooting and coordination with technical teams and suppliers to ensure venue technology is ready and operational.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of venue technology systems (AV, networking, ticketing, access control); monitor performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for maintenance and upgrades; support setup and teardown for events.
  • Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance; maintain documentation of assets and incidents; provide on-call support during live events.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Electronics, Engineering or related field; networking/AV certifications preferred.
  • Strong understanding of AV, IT networking and venue technology; ability to work flexible hours; at least 1 year in venue operations, event technology or technical support; valid Saudi work authorization.
