L2 DevOps Engineer

Support the stability, availability and performance of enterprise banking platforms. This role focuses on operational support, environment management, automation and incident resolution across non-production and production environments, working with Application Support (L1/L3), Development, QA, Security and Infrastructure teams in highly regulated banking environments.

You will

• Provide Level 2 DevOps operational support across development, testing, UAT and production.
• Monitor system health, infrastructure and application performance and resolve issues before business impact.
• Troubleshoot environment, deployment, pipeline and infrastructure issues beyond L1.
• Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts and platform configurations.
• Manage containerized and cloud-based environments (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure/AWS).
• Perform root cause analysis and ensure compliance with KSA banking security and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain runbooks and SOPs and participate in on-call/incident response.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; 5-10 years in DevOps, Platform or Infrastructure Support.
• Strong CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI) and OpenShift experience.
• Linux/Unix and scripting (Bash, PowerShell); Docker and Kubernetes; Azure and/or AWS.
• ITIL-based operations, incident and problem management; production systems with strict SLAs.
