About the role
Radisson Hotel Group is seeking an Information Technology Assistant Manager at Radisson Collection Residences Riyadh to help steer technology initiatives, overseeing day-to-day IT operations and supporting hotel staff.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day IT operations and timely resolution of technical issues; support hotel staff.
- Work with the IT Manager to implement and maintain IT systems (hardware, software, networks, telecom); monitor performance, security and backups.
- Provide training on IT procedures and security; support installation and maintenance of IT equipment; troubleshoot network and internet issues.
- Manage IT inventory and licenses; coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
Requirements
- Expertise in IT systems, hardware, software and networking; strong troubleshooting and leadership.
- Excellent communication; customer-centric mindset; commitment to data security; familiarity with hotel applications advantageous.
