About the role

Support the configuration, implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow SPM solutions, translating business requirements into effective technical solutions while providing ongoing support, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

Key accountabilities

  • Configure and administer ServiceNow SPM modules: applications, forms, workflows, business rules and platform components.
  • Support integrations between ServiceNow SPM and enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub; troubleshoot integration and data synchronization.
  • Participate in requirement gathering and functional analysis; translate requirements into SPM solutions.
  • Configure workflows, business rules, notifications and automation; develop basic scripts with JavaScript.
  • Support testing, deployment, change management and UAT; maintain documentation and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field; 4 to 6 years of experience.
  • Competencies: Demand Management, Portfolio Management, applications knowledge, data analysis.
