About the role

The Managed Services Client Delivery Specialist is a seasoned subject-matter expert responsible for the end-to-end delivery of managed-services contracts to the client, owning service delivery and contract profitability across local, small and low-to-medium complexity contracts.

Key responsibilities

  • Own client satisfaction by delivering services to agreed service definitions and SLAs; act as primary point of contact for inquiries and escalations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues; monitor client satisfaction and improve service quality.
  • Develop account plans; identify upsell/cross-sell; manage implementation of new services, upgrades and projects.
  • Ensure delivery aligns with contracts and compliance; monitor and report on contract performance; may manage budgeting, forecasting and billing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or related field; ITIL and PMP certifications preferred.
  • Seasoned experience in managed services, service delivery and client management, meeting SLAs and quality standards.
