IT Systems Specialist

UFC GYM KSA is seeking an IT Systems Specialist to support and coordinate the company's technical systems and infrastructure, working across membership systems, point of sale, finance and HR platforms while supporting cameras, networks, access gates and mobile applications.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support integration between operational and administrative systems (membership, POS, finance, HR).
• Monitor system performance, report issues and provide day-to-day technical support for systems and hardware.
• Set up technical requirements for new branches; follow up on internet connectivity, network devices, CCTV and access gates.
• Support mobile applications and coordinate with external vendors for installations and maintenance.
• Maintain records of systems, devices, user access and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Experience with business systems, technical support or IT operations; familiarity with POS, finance and HR systems preferred.
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills; good command of English, Arabic a plus.
