About the role

Tahreez (Alturki Holding) is seeking an IT Specialist / Senior IT Help Desk responsible for installing, maintaining and supporting computer systems, networks and hardware at the Tahreez office in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software, printers and IT equipment; troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
  • Monitor and maintain network performance, security and connectivity; manage user accounts, permissions and access rights.
  • Install updates, patches and antivirus; perform system backups and assist with disaster recovery; maintain IT documentation and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards; assist with IT projects and train users.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field; minimum 5 years in IT Help Desk, Technical Support or IT Support.
  • Strong hardware/desktop skills; Windows/macOS; networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi); ticketing systems and IT security best practices.
