About the role
HungerStation (part of Delivery Hero) is hiring an IT Application Support Administrator I to implement, configure, maintain and support HungerStation's IT applications and systems, providing day-to-day technical assistance to end users and ensuring reliable operation with minimal disruption.
Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for application administration, support and operational requests; handle calls, emails and helpdesk tickets within SLAs.
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve incidents (ideally at first point of contact); track, update and escalate tickets.
- Support desktop applications, workstations and internal IT systems; install, configure and maintain applications; assist with patches and anti-virus.
- Record all requests in the ticketing system; create and maintain application documentation and user manuals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or Computer Engineering; 1-2 years in IT application support, helpdesk or system administration.
- Strong troubleshooting; ticketing systems; application installation/configuration; workstation support and patching.
