Integrations Manager

The Integrations Manager works with customers to gather requirements, design, and manage the implementation and quality of integrations and data-migration work within projects. You will develop technical specifications, oversee integration development and testing, ensure data quality, and work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality solutions on time and on budget. This role works across multiple projects at once.

Key responsibilities

• Run customer meetings around integration and data migration, including UATs and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Oversee technical resources to ensure work meets documented requirements; develop POCs when needed.
• Develop functional and technical specifications for integration and data-migration solutions across cloud and on-premise systems.
• Work within the framework and methodology for development, testing and data quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years in system/application integration or software development, including leadership or management.
• Extensive experience designing complex integration solutions and multi-stage data migrations across cloud and on-premise.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, web services, middleware, data integration and integration architectures.
• Knowledge of the construction industry and large capital programs; PMIS tools (Unifier, Aconex, Procore) an advantage.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams; strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience managing offshore teams; ability to work evenings to meet USA-based team members.
