IT Infrastructure and Systems Design Expert

Provide expert support in the development of IT infrastructure and systems design and capabilities at the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA). Lead the development of IT infrastructure and systems RFPs, supervise assessment of change requests, and review performance against KPIs with recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assess current ZATCA IT infrastructure, identify design gaps and develop detailed IT infrastructure and systems designs addressing all business requirements.
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, finalize RFPs and contribute to vendor evaluation and selection.
• Analyse and prioritize change requests; provide recommendations and implementation schedules.
• Conduct IT risk assessment and collaborate on risk mitigation; analyse performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Follow policies and processes; support and train junior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Competencies: infrastructure management, IT systems management, IT change management, project and vendor management, IT compliance.
