Information Systems Manager

As an IT Manager across multiple sites, you'll deliver memorable experiences by keeping technology running smoothly for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and execution of IT initiatives across multiple properties, aligned with area, cluster and corporate objectives.
• Monitor, diagnose and tune performance on LAN and network servers; manage upgrades, directory structures and preventive maintenance for security, compliance and reliability.
• Resolve user issues across personal computing, software applications and network connectivity; provide training and support.
• Oversee implementation, maintenance and upgrades of IT infrastructure, ensuring compliance with Hilton Technology Network (HTN) standards and certification.
• Lead major system implementations (workstation/server refreshes, Wi-Fi, PBX, point-of-sale) on time and on budget.
• Work with property management to maintain critical systems and minimize downtime; recruit, train, coach and mentor the team.
