Senior Professional Services Consultant

Infoblox's cloud-first networking and security solutions protect 70% of the Fortune 500. We have an opportunity for a Senior Professional Services Consultant to join our Professional Services Solutions team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, reporting to the Director of Professional Services Solutions for EMEA. You will accelerate customer adoption of our products by providing installation services and technical leadership.

What you'll do

• Understand customer business requirements and translate them into actionable implementation projects.
• Work with customers and Infoblox teams to meet technical and business challenges using Infoblox products (NIOS, UniversalDDI, Infoblox Threat Defense).
• Create project technical documentation and perform Infoblox upgrades and refreshes.
• Ensure projects complete on time and on budget with a customer satisfaction score of 95 or above.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance discovery, scoping, proposal quality and pre-sales engagement.
• Mentor customers and partners on Infoblox best practices and contribute to the knowledge base.

What you bring

• 3+ years in professional services delivery and consulting; Infoblox, BlueCat or Palo Alto Networks experience a plus.
• Experience with DNS, DHCP and IP address management a plus.
• DevOps tools (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability for up to 40% travel. Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
